Data Deletion Instructions

At Prairie Fire BBQ, we respect your right to privacy and your right to request deletion of your personal data.
How to Request Data Deletion
If you would like us to delete any personal data we hold about you, please send an email to:
Include the following in your email:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account or subscription
- A brief description of the data you would like deleted (e.g. newsletter subscription, catering inquiry, account information)
What We Will Delete
Upon receiving your request, we will delete:
- Your email address and name from our newsletter subscriber list
- Any catering inquiry or booking information associated with your email
- Any account data you have created on our website
Response Time
We will process your request within 30 days of receiving it and send a confirmation to your email address once completed.
Facebook & Instagram
If you connected with us via Facebook or Instagram, you can also remove our app's access to your data directly through Facebook's settings:
- Go to Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites
- Find Prairie Fire BBQ and click Remove
This will revoke any permissions granted to our app through Meta's platform.
